Paperwork

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete pertinent paperwork or simply click here and here to print out and complete our intake forms ahead of time.

What to wear

During your appointment your therapist will preferably have you completely disrobe and lie under the covers on the treatment table. This allows for necessary access and exposure to the traumatized area(s). Of course, we work within your comfort level so that you feel safe and secure throughout the entire session.

Post-surgical clients will often need assistance undressing and getting on and off the treatment table.  We are prepared to assist our clients when necessary.

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa/MC and employee health benefit cards.  Package discounts, gift certificates and on-site visits are available.

Insurance

In general, massage therapy is not an insurance covered benefit. However, we have found a few exceptions over the years.  Give us a call if you think that your insurance may pay for your Soulstice massage therapy services.

We will bill for massage therapy services:

• Anthem/Blue Cross
• Worker's Compensation
• Med Pay (for auto injury)
• Employee health benefit programs

Tipping

Soulstice provides services that are equivalent to any other healthcare provider. Our therapists are highly trained professionals and do not solicit or expect tipping from our clients.

Session length

Our treatments are 60 or 90 minutes. This gives us the opportunity to supply the necessary therapies dependent on the reason for your visit, as well as offer education, self-massage technique tips and answer any of your questions.
